Cherry Creek Farm is a unique 150 acre facility with lots of history. Its been around since the 1920's and was at one time, an old dairy farm. One of it's barns is a historical landmark. We are constantly  working around the farm to do improvements and upgrades.

We have several options for riding.
  • 35x150 indoor arena with sand felt footing. It's on the narrow side as it was a building converted into an arena, but it sure gets the job done on those rainy days.

  • 60x150 outdoor sand arena with lights that was put in December of 2020

  • If you'd like a change of scenery you have 150 acres of property trails to ride around on. In the summer we set jump courses up in some of the fields which makes a nice change of pace or mow mazes through the fields.

  • 60 foot round pen

Our horses get turned out 365 days a year for as long as possible each day. We are a herd based turnout usually in groups of 3 to 5. For the most part we separate the mares from the geldings. We have a no rear shoe policy for the safety horses and how they can be in a herd situation, we have made some case by case exceptions in the past, but owners know the risks of shoes prior. The valley here in Duvall does have some occasional flooding it lasts about 2 to 3 days on bigger ones and only floods our pastures. We know when the water comes and goes and what level floods and so fourth. On days we have flooding, we still try to get everyone out and moving whether it be paddock turnout or some time in the arena or hand walking at an additional fee. For days you have a farrier or vet appointment we also have 12x16 and 12x20 hoof grid gravel paddocks for day use.
